Don’t wet your hair!! If you do workout wear a durag or scarf
Lightly oil, do not over oil your scalp. Using too much oil can cause unnecessary buildup and dirt on scalp. I suggest oiling 1-2 x per week
I suggest using any natural products… hydration mists, rose water, or any natural hair mist. For oil use all natural oils, try not to use thick heavy oil such as solid coconut oil or Shea butter.
